Our engineering team has managed to implement a workaround for the issues we are experiencing with Amazon Web Services. The slow loading should now be remedied but we will continue to monitor the situation moving forward.
This is an interim solution on our end to allow Amazon the time to resolve the root cause of the problem.

We have confirmed that the increased error rates and slow page loads are unfortunately caused by Amazon Web Services (AWS), the hosting platform that we use to distribute Show My Homework.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused this morning. To alleviate these problems we are now in the process of reconfiguring our application to work around the affected parts of Amazon's system until they are able to fully resolve their issues.

We have identified that some pages of the Show My Homework website are loading slower than expected. Our engineering team are investigating the root cause of the problem. We will post updates here as they become available.
