We have identified an issue with Office 365 single sign-on on the mobile apps. Users who are already logged in will not be impacted but this, however, new logins will be temporary unsuccessful.
We will be releasing an app update for both iOS and Android devices which will resolve the issue.
Until then, the affected users are advised to log in using the website, either on a computer or their mobile browser. Thanks for your patience!
